Quantities
Due to the method of printing promotional pens, it is normal for us to deliver and invoice plus or minus 5% of the actual quantity ordered.
Production time
Normal production time is approx 10 days from receiving your approval of artwork to proceed.
If you require a faster turn around please ask at time of order.
Free delivery
All prices exclude VAT (where applicable) but include artwork and delivery.
